30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Purchases Only)
At ZovaMuse, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind our antimicrobial skincare products with a risk-free 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases.
If you are unsatisfied with your initial purchase of any ZovaMuse product, contact us at zovamuse@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, and we will issue a full refund—no returns required in most cases.
Important Notes:
- Applies only to the first-time purchase of a specific product.
- Limited to one refund per product type per customer.
- Shipping, handling, and optional protection fees are non-refundable.
- For orders of 2+ units, we may require unopened items to be returned (ZovaMuse covers return shipping).
- If you request an exchange, the money-back guarantee becomes void.
Refunds for Subscription Orders
Subscription (autoship) orders are not eligible for the 90-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are offered under these conditions:
- Unopened items only.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To request a refund, email zovamuse@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
- Restocking Fee: A $2.00 fee may apply for cancellations to cover administrative costs.
- Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at zovamuse@gmail.com. You do not need to return the item—we will send a replacement free of charge.
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Return the original product according to our refund policy.
- Once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Shipping Costs & Return Instructions
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For approved multi-unit returns (first-time purchases only), ZovaMuse covers return shipping for unopened items.
- All other returns (including subscription orders): customers are responsible for return shipping.
To initiate a return:
- Email zovamuse@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Return products to the authorized address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Holiday Notice
Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after December 1st.
Policy Updates
ZovaMuse reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
